Food and Beverage team members work in a fast-paced environment at all four of our dining and snack venues around the park. Team members interact with guests to provide an exceptional overall food experience.  Positions include food preparation, cooking, and frying as well as taking orders, cashiering, and delivering orders. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age for cooking.

Applicant must be self-motivated, a self-starter and prepared to produce results with a friendly, outgoing personality.

Requirements:

  • Act and thinks quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Learn and execute all recipes, portioning and serving standards at all times
  • Communicate and collaborate with front of house on ticket times and items
  • Keep food tickets processing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure proper food handing food storage and sanitation procedures
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, and mopping of work areas
  • Rotation of stock and food items
  • Complete opening checklist, setup, and stock stations will all necessary supplies.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Prep of party trays and platters.
  • Must be able to use flat top griddle.
  • Must be familiar with deep fryers, pizza oven and stovetop.
  • Receive and account for all deliveries.
  • Have current Serve Safe Certification or be able to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass background check.
  • Complete required opening and closing procedures, checklists and additional administrative duties
  • Assist F&B Director with inventory.
  • Be able to lead time for restocking during slower times.
  • Provide positive re-enforcement to team members.

Comments:

  • Pay Range: $16 based on knowledge and availability with room to grow.
  • Prior experience preferred in food and beverage cook, line cook, or similar position
  • Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Including but not limited to working in a kitchen environment, lifting (up to 50lbs), reaching, standing, bending, walking for long periods.
  • Daily work hours are subject to change throughout the park operating season due to attendance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.

  • Applicant must be available to work daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Should be well groomed, neat, and polite.
